This episode of Fratello On Air was recorded on the eve of “Watches and Wonders”. We discuss a few latest releases before turning to our main topic. We choose an accessory, a piece of clothing and a watch for each other. After all these years and countless shows, can we do it right?
Yes, we pick a replica watch for each other, an accessory, and an outfit. But first, let’s look at some versions of Watches & Wonders. The new IWC Ingenieur, the TAG Heuer Carrera Glassbox, and even Biver’s debut piece are among the pieces we discuss.

We start with some accessories to get to our topic. Balazs found a cool Rimowa AirPods holder and thought Mike would like it too. For the Balazs, Mike recommends the iconic Chris Reeve Small Sebenza 31 Plain Insingo. it’s a no-nonsense tool that should last several lifetimes. Balazs stumbled upon Felco pieces for clothing, while Mike recommended his favorite western shirt from Clothier Double RL. Regarding the main event, Balazs digs deeper, satisfying Mike’s love of Japanese perfect replica watches with a limited edition Citizen “The Citizen” NC0206-18E. Mike went old school and felt it was time for Balazs to add a classic Rolex Submariner 5513 Maxi Dial to his collection.

Rolex produced more than just a stainless steel version of the ref. 6542. The brand also produced an all-18k yellow-gold version with a burgundy bezel. Rolex watch this model with two different dials; the first is the burgundy version that you see in the pictures. The second one is a lighter champagne dial. In addition, the handset is also different compared to the steel model. The gold version features classically styled Alpha hands instead of Mercedes’s hands.
Rolex used the 1565 automatic movement in the earliest versions until about 1965 or 1966 when later versions switched to the 1575 movement. When it comes to the dial, there is a clear difference between the early gilt dial and the matte black dial that Rolex used from 1966-67. There are many variations in the text on the dial as far as the different executions are concerned.
Next up is the replica Rolex MT-Master II ref. 16760, also known as the “Fat Lady” or “Sophia Loren”. This is a pivotal GMT-Master, as it is the first watch to uncouple the 12-hour and 24-hour hands, allowing the user to read up to three zones in combination with the bezel. Rolex made its debut in 1982 through the first GMT-Master II Rolex with a three-link Oyster bracelet and a five-link Jubilee bracelet and used tritium as the luminous material on the dial. Finally, the bezel features a red and blue Pepsi insert or all-black, much like the stainless steel Submariner produced in the same era.

The “cracks” on a spider dial are made up of tiny cracks in the glossy lacquer. If you look closely at the dial, you will see that it does not affect the white text. It may be difficult to see at first, but the spider in the shine is most visible when the dial is tilted and viewed in bright light. It didn’t take Rolex long to recognize this defect and eventually replace the original lacquer material.
Rolex’s notoriously high-quality standards meant that the company could not consciously allow a fake watch with a spider dial to leave the repair facility without a new, flawlessly lustrous dial. For some, this is good news, as not every Rolex collector is a fan of this defect. However, some see it as one of the few odd and rare instances where Rolex makes a mistake on an important part of one of its most iconic timepieces.
For this reason, some collectors will pay more than “normal” Ref. 16750s for a spider dial. At the same time, finding such rare dials at prices comparable to models without them remains entirely possible. The GMT-Master 16750 is considered a highly prized collector’s item in its own right because of its relatively short production run.

It’s been a long time since I’ve seen this imitation Rolex Daytona, and I haven’t introduced it from any of the watch factories since the Noob factory closed. This gray dial and black rubber strap Daytona is hot, and its popularity is second only to the Panda Daytona. Still, no other watch factory produced this top-quality Daytona after Noob closed. TW factory and JH factory also produce this Daytona, but I don’t recommend people buy it unless they are looking for a medium-quality one. Regarding the best replica Rolex Daytona replica, I still recommend the Panda Daytona from Clean, but for this gray Daytona, Clean does not produce it.
The best gray Daytona should be made by the BT factory (the better factory), and the BT factory only makes the highest quality. I said BT’s Panda Daytona is not as good as Clean V2’s, and that’s true, but for this gray Daytona, the best and only choice is BT.
Now in BT’s fake Rolex Daytona range, you can see many models in stainless steel, rose gold, and yellow gold. I think BT has the complete line of 1:1 accurate Daytona replica watches. However, BT is also very expensive, and some say that BT’s quality control must be improved.
BT’s Daytona is great, but I don’t know why they sell it at such a high price. Maybe BT thinks their Rolex Daytona is the best on the market. Many trusted dealers in the forum promote BT’s Daytona to convince customers that the best has to come from BT. Currently, they only have one competitor, Clean, that doesn’t release new models of Daytona, not improving their Daytona, so I think this is the main reason that explains BT’s ability to sell their clone Daytona at a high price. However, BT’s Daytona’s not perfect, including this gray Rolex Daytona. Sometimes I don’t recommend you buy from BT, especially when they release new models and their quality still needs to be tested. I think BT will lower the price of their Rolex Daytona when Clean produces more and pays more attention to improving the quality.

The cheapest Rolex watch on the company’s website is the Oyster Perpetual, which retails for between $5,300 and $6,150, depending on your case size. It is the most affordable replica Rolex offering, as it forgoes precious metals in favour of an all-steel face.

This Explorer, model 214270, is an early addition to the collection and features the so-called Mark I dial, which includes solid white gold 3, 6 and 9-hour markers instead of the last luminous markers.
If a copy Rolex Datejust is more your speed, then the Datejust ref. 16234 or Datejust ref. 16200 are solid choices. This Datejust ref. 16234 is a more formal choice with its fluted white gold bezel on a 36mm steel case, Jubilee strap, and salmon-coloured dial. 16234 is the more formal choice. Alternatively, for a more sporty style, this Datejust ref. 16200 with its smooth steel bezel, Oyster strap, and Arabic numerals on the dial is a great choice.
Whether you choose the Air-King, Explorer, Datejust, or another more affordable Rolex watch, it’s clear that you’ll have plenty of options, regardless of your specific budget.

Vintage Rolexes are very rare but attractive to many people. It is very difficult to buy a vintage Rolex produced in the old days and if you are lucky to find one on the auction market, the prices can be very high. Therefore, some people come to my blog and ask me where they can buy good quality vintage Rolex watches. There are some Rolex replicas in our watch market, most of them are Submariners, however, all Rolex replicas are not top quality, I mean, they are not the best quality compared to those replicas produced by the big houses like ARF, GMF, ZF, etc. But some of them look good and can satisfy your love for vintage Rolexes.
The vintage Rolex I’m talking about is an Explorer, made by a small factory here, I don’t know its name, maybe it’s a factory that usually made vintage Rolex before, for example, Submariner 5580, Daytona Paul Newman. Just from the pictures alone, I like this Explorer Rolex watch.
It has a different case than the modern Rolex Explorer, it looks a little bigger, especially the case, which looks stronger and more durable. The crown is screwed down and there is not much on the outside, almost all the parts are under the protection of the crown guard. The entire case is brushed and I have no idea of the diameter or thickness of the case. The case back is solid and smooth, and the bracelet is attached to the case in a different way than today’s Rolex Explorers.
The dial is black and all the hour markers and hands are white, except for the orange 24-hour hand in the center. At the top of the dial, I don’t think it’s a sapphire crystal, probably a mineral glass face. The hour markers are square bars, the bar at 6 o’clock and the triangle at 12 o’clock are much larger than the others. By the way, this vintage Explorer II does not have Arabic numerals on the dial. The movement inside is the Asian clone ETA 2836, a movement that used to be widely equipped in the cheap replica watches, but now, Super Clone Rolex does not use this movement now, and almost all other Swiss brands of watches also choose to use the Japanese Miyota 9015. Rolex did not want to completely reinvent the wheel, so the two movements share some of the same components found in the new generation of traditional mechanical movements that power the recently released automatic replica watches.

A unique feature of the Oysterquartz movements is that they tick very loudly, especially when compared to their mechanical movement-driven siblings. You will also notice that the second’s hand beats in 1-second increments, a telltale sign of a quartz watch, rather than sweeping around the dial like the second’s hand of a traditional mechanical watch.
